expounding on my opening post

can't go wrong with hotpockets for lunch
i've already started feeling unnecesary pressure to write witty, entertaining things on this blog. I'm not sure why as this doesn't correlate with the first principle of this blog which is that no one reads it. I dont see myself as a creative writer in any sense, certainly not with comedy which is by far the hardest thing to write. I tend to only be funny when i just be myself and tell it like it is. or maybe thats not funny and i'm just a jerk. probably a jerk. either way i am just going to be myself on here.
i've decided i'm going to avoid politics and religion on here. at least in any real in-depth form. i think i've gotten bored with all that. i think its probably become cliched to talk about those things on a blog anyway. i'll give an opinion here or there about some current events but otherwise i'd rather avoid that.
i'm also gonna try to keep these things short. i know i dont like to read long things. my time is valuable (or at least worth $11/hr here at hillcrest which if you are calculating at home comes close to 25k a year. sad.) and yours is too. already this post is way way too long. i should just end it now and start another one later.
