man tonight i ordered a happy meal at mcdonalds and they asked if i wanted a girl or boy toy and i clearly said boy cause it was a TMNT and i got a girl toy instead. it was a wizard of oz wicked witch doll. is that the most relevant thing they could come up with for girls? isn’t there anything slightly more recent, like say within the last 60 years they could give away?
man i’m glad i’m not a girl.
anyway, first day at cap fed was better than i thought. spent first 3 hours filling out paperwork at the main office then i went to the branch i’ll likely work the most at which is in the target in olathe. when i get there there is 3 girls working there. of course i promptly found out their ages and it was 19, 19, and 20. i knew i found the right job.
lol j/k actually they were all really nice and i should enjoy working with them. i think all the dudes that work there took the day off for the royals game. should meet more of my co-workers tomorrow-it is wierd being so much older than everyone there, and kinda sad. but its better than who i worked with at the RR (mostly brash 50+ yr old men).

~~ Your first blog entry that made me laugh out loud. CLASSIC Andy right there.
On the subject of the toys, instead of questioning the coolness of the girl toy, I’d want to know why they have separate toys based on gender in the first place. (But we all know you’d want the boy toy, ha!)
