sorta busy month

haven’t updated in a while.  I got my apartment all setup here in the past week or so.  took a while to get all my posters and hats and decorations up but its done.  feel like i can finally settle down and enjoy it.  only thing is i’ve been busy with work, this is supposedly the busiest time of the year for the RR due to harvest and other things (summer was unusually busy because of the flooding and re-routing of trains through kansas city).  Haven’t even really had time for things i usually like to do like video games and bowling.  Hoping to get back to those this week.

Abbie and I are officially together now and have been since September 14th.  Things are going great, i’m thrilled to be with her.  She is a great friend and also a wonderful Christian girl and we have a lot in common and can talk about anything. 

Abbie and I will be going to the K-State-ku game this coming saturday in Manhattan.  I’m pretty excited for it not just cause K-State upset #7 texas 41-21 in texas, but because it will be fun to enjoy the game with Abbie who is a ku grad and hasn’t been to Manhattan.
