With my railroad unemployment set to expire shortly after the 1st of the year, i figure its time I put my foot back out there and look for work.  I got started by signing up with a temp agency, something I hadn’t done before.  I wasn’t real excited with what I had found with just online searches for jobs so maybe they can do better.  Its difficult finding a job in my position because I really just need something temporarily and not everyone wants to hire someone who isn’t in it longterm.  But hopefully someone will.  I’m definitely in a trust God mode on this whole ordeal.

Saturday I’ll be at the KSU game.  Its been an unexpectantly fun season so far but I have my doubts as to the outcome of the game because everything seems to be lining up a little too perfectly.  Things usually crash down when that happens.  I am prepared for the worst.  Still, EMAW!

  1. So, I have a legitimate question. I was listening to the KSU, Nebraska game this weekend. I was listening to it on the radio as well as watching it on TV, because generally, most of the time, I enjoy listening to the KSU radio commentators. Yet, I had to shut it off because I was hearing the most desperate and blatant bias I have heard in a long time (especially because I can’t stand KU biases). Every call they argued like little school girls and attempted to make KSU look better than they actually played. It irritated me because it gave all other rivals a reason to think small of us. I mean it was embarrassing. Thoughts?
